Authentic Yemeni favorite, Chicken Mandi - A delightfully tasty mild but extremely aromatic and flavorful rice pilaf, cooked in authentic spices that include Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Cardamom and Olive Oil. It is perfectly paired with succulent and juicy tender chicken pieces or tender goat / lamb leg! Served with authentic "chutney" / sauce of Suhooq and Thaum sauces.
